We work with government bodies, businesses, charities and other organisations wherever possible, so that we can improve the range and quality of support for at-risk young people in our communities.

Our key partner areas

Business partnerships

Our business partners are key to changing the lives of young people. We look to develop meaningful partnerships that have an impact that you can see.

We focus on ensuring that our business partnerships create mutual benefit working towards your organisational priorities.

For our young people to find their future path, sometimes they need others to light the way. We call these Torchrunners.

Torchrunners is a growing network of businesses committed to working with Caudwell Youth and being that light that changes young lives while helping their businesses to achieve their goals.

Torchrunners

Statutory

We fill the gap as a result of statutory services being overwhelmed by need and without sufficient resources. We work with a range of teams including CAMHS, police, schools and colleges, Young Offending Teams, Exploitation Teams, Leaving Care Teams, Early Help, Community Safety, DWP youth hubs and would love to work with many more.

Housing Associations

We are keen to speak to housing associations looking to develop their support for young residents, set up volunteering programmes. We are also keen to work with Housing Associations who have funding to support young people in their communities.

Charities and More

With the challenges we face to meet the increasing needs in the communities we serve, we can recognise each other's strengths and ensure support is less fragmented for young people, thereby increasing impact.

We are keen to speak to charities, local community groups, social enterprises and community networks to explore how we can work together.
